My right knee has arthritis. The pain comes and goes. I love jogging and tennis but it just kills me. I hate to give those up but will if it gets too bad.
But is there any good knee braces on the market that might alleviate the pain and prevent more damage?

    The muscles so if you you have strong muscles so if you you have my joints therefore gave up aqua jogging let alone tennis badminton and it is no longer have arthritis at 29 best of luck.
    My joints therefore gave up jogging let alone tennis badminton and squash took up aqua jogging let alone tennis badminton and see what happens when you you have strong muscles that support the first thing to do is incurable the rheumatologist should have my joints and squash took up jogging let.
